In June of 2012, the Madison Square Garden Company purchased the Forum to begin a comprehensive renovation of this historic venue to create a world-class destination for both artists and music fans. The renovation is in progress and is scheduled to be completed by January of 2014.

The renovated Forum will focus exclusively on concerts, award shows, family attractions, boxing, wrestling and a wide variety of special events.

The Forum can seat up to 18,000 and is located in the Los Angeles suburb of Inglewood.
